Using Self-hypnosis to Overcome the Smoking Habit

There are many techniques to overcoming the smoking habit. Self-hypnosis is an effective and safe method where you are not putting other chemicals into your body.

When you first create your self-hypnosis program for overcoming the smoking habit, ask yourself, "Do I want to quit cold turkey, or do I want to cut down my cigarette consumption from day to day or week to week."

Everyone is different on exactly which way to begin. Only your powerful subconscious mind knows the answer. Seek out your unique answer by doing the following:

Take some time today, to relax, listen to my audio recording, and focus on the exact way you should begin you stop smoking program.
